• If you need more time to sell your home…we put a temporary hold on the construction of your new home for up to 2 months giving you up to 7 months to close on your new Essex home.
• If the purchaser's existing home is accepted into the program, an appropriate clause will be included in the Purchaser's new home contract to confirm this agreement.
